Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns

Return Policy:

  • We offer a 7-day return period for items that are unused and unworn with their original tags intact. Jewelry cannot be returned unless it is faulty or not as described. All returned items will undergo an inspection before any refund is issued.
  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be initiated after the returned items are received and inspected at our warehouse, typically taking 7-10 business days.

Replacement & Exchange:

  • You can request a replacement or exchange under the same conditions as our return policy. Replacements will only be sent after the original item has been returned and received at our warehouse.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order has been processed/shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Return Process:

  • To start a return, you can either submit a request through our website or contact our Customer Support team. Please ensure you are available for the reverse pick-up and answer calls from our delivery partner. If you are unavailable, the reverse pick-up may be canceled, requiring you to begin the return process again.

Non-Serviceable Pin Codes:

  • In rare cases, where reverse pick-up is not possible due to your pin code, we may ask you to send the product back using an alternate courier service like India Post.
