Refund & Cancellation Policy


Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return period for items that are unused and unworn and have their original tags intact.

Exceptions: Jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is found to be faulty or significantly not as described.

All returned items are subject to a thorough quality inspection before any refund or exchange is processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be initiated after the returned item(s) are received and successfully inspected at our warehouse. The refund process typically takes 7-10 business days from the date of inspection.

Replacement & Exchange

You can request a replacement or exchange under the same conditions as outlined in our Return Eligibility policy.

Please note that replacements or exchanges will only be processed and dispatched after the original item has been successfully returned and received at our warehouse.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.

Return Process

To start a return, you can either submit a request through our website or contact our Customer Support team.

When scheduling a reverse pick-up, please ensure you are available at the scheduled time and are able to answer calls from our delivery partner. If the pick-up is missed or canceled due to your unavailability, you may be required to initiate the return process again.

Non-Serviceable Pin Codes

In rare cases where a reverse pick-up service is unavailable for your pin code, we will ask you to send the product back using an alternate reputable courier service (e.g., India Post).
