Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 48 hours of being placed.

Shipping Charges

We provide free shipping on all domestic orders over 699.

  • Free shipping is not available for international orders.
  • Please note that any shipping fees incurred during a return or exchange are non-refundable.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via WhatsApp, email, and SMS.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple products with different processing times, they may be shipped together in one consolidated package or sent in separate shipments at our discretion.

Missing or Empty Package Claims

If you receive an empty package or if items are missing from your order, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery.

To investigate your claim, a 360-degree, unedited video of the complete unboxing process will be required. The final decision regarding such claims will be made by Myzenith (or the Company).
